Lasting Affordability Program Information Session

The second notice of funds available for the Regional Early Action Planning Grant (REAP) 2.0 Lasting Affordability Program is now open. Until Jan. 20, 2026, eligible applicants in the SCAG region can submit applications for a share of $20 million to support established housing trust funds and catalyst funds.

SCAG will host an application workshop to discuss the recently approved program guidelines, application process, and deadlines.
